Looking forward to seeing you! And hey, if you take pictures, can you send us some? Just email constance@findingbalance.com.

Nate's in Africa this week, teaching men an ocean away about what it means to be engaged in community. It's just his latest trip - he was in China in March doing the same thing to packed houses. It seems men are hungry for truth, and eager to participate in what Nate calls "48 Hours of Frankness."
Meanwhile, here in the US I have just wrapped up spring dates on the Girls of Grace tour, featuring American Idol's Jason Castro, great bands like Satellites and Sirens, and of course, Point of Grace, the gals who started it all. I'll be hitting the road with them again this fall, coming to the following locations:
Minneapolis (9/17)
Birmingham (10/1)
Baltimore (10/15)
Florida (10/29)
Grand Rapids (11/12)
Between now and then, however, don't miss our Hungry for Hope conference. It's June 15-18 at beautiful Glen Eyrie in Colorado Springs. If you don't believe me when I say "beautiful Glen Eyrie" - just check out these pics...

Porn and food are only two ways we manage pain. Another is cutting and other forms of self-injury. It's an outward symptom of inward struggle and pain. We talked about it in this week's True Sisterhood podcast. Listen here...

Our culture teaches us gals that being "hot" is the answer to our loneliness. But it's not a lucky charm. And things can go wrong when we make perfecting our appearance - and our sexiness - a goal. Listen in on our converation with author Laura Smith, author of Hot: A Novel on the True Sisterhood podcast. It gets pretty vulnerable...
