The unique design of the Sex and Skinny Tour ideally sees Nate and Constance making a joint presentation to a mixed audience, during a chapel, retreat, or church service.

Depending on the amount of time allotted, it is sometimes possible for Nate and Constance to make two separate presentations, provided there is at least one opportunity for a joint sessions with a mixed audience. For example, Constance may do one chapel service and Nate another, supplemented by a joint talkback session between the presentations or at the end of the event.
